If you’re like us, Gateway, you’ve already been downtown to enjoy  the many events that this year’s Super Bowl has brought to our great city!  With the game so close, the events are getting even bigger and better!  Here are a few that sound fun taking place over the next few days…

We’ve been hearing that the zipline is in extremely high demand so plan accordingly if this is something that you have to do while in Super Bowl Village.  Parking is available downtown as well as park and rides.  Visit the Indianapolis Super Bowl website for all things parking as well as a full list of all events happening over the next few days. 

We hope to see many of you downtown!  Enjoy the festivities but most importantly, STAY SAFE! 

Can you believe it, Gateway?  The Super Bowl is almost here!  The heart of downtown will be transformed into Super Bowl Village for a ten day celebration leading up to the Super Bowl (if you’ve been downtown recently, you’ve no doubt noticed all of the construction for the Village!). 

There are almost too many great events to count in the days leading up to the Super Bowl, but here are a few of the ones I found to be most interesting:

Hi there, Gateway!

In case you weren’t aware, we do have additional storage closets available for rent (they are attached to the ends of select garage bays).  They are $25 per month for 10′ x 5′ of additional space.  Contact ASAP if you are interested as they will go fast!

As a reminder, we do have pet posts located around the community, so remember to be a good resident and clean up after your pet!  Your neighbors will thank you!

We are interested to know…what has been your favorite resident event here at Gateway?  It doesn’t have to be recent, it could be something that took place a few years ago, but we want to know if there is something you are excited for us to bring back!  Comment here, Facebook us, call or stop in…we want to know!

Looking for smoe yummy eats, Gateway?  Well, it’s here again!  The annual Devour Downtown-Winterfest is happening January 2nd through the 22nd!  For those not familiar with Devour Downtown, local eateries that participate offer full course meals for $30 per person (some offer 2 for $30!).  Restaurants like Fogo de Chao, Oceanaire, Harry & Izzy’s, and Barcelona Tapas are all participating this year.  You can visit the Devour Downtown site for all of the participating restaurants!

We decided we’ll be stopping by Smoking Goose, Oceanaire, and Bella Vita.  What a fun way to explore downtown!  Hope to see you out and about!

We wanted to remind everyone that The Grill 2 has been gracious enough to offer a WEEKLY Gateway Resident Night every Thursday at 6pm!  Stop by The Grill 2 (on the bar side) beginning January 5th, from 6-8pm and enjoy FREE appetizers and drink specials exclusively for our Gateway residents! 

This is just one more way of saying ‘Thank You!’ for choosing to call Gateway Crossing “home”!

The Gateway Crossing leasing office will be closed on Saturday, Dec. 24, Sunday, Dec. 25, and Monday, Dec. 26.  We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, December 27^th.   In celebration of the new year, the office will be closed on December 31st as well and January 1st, to resume normal business hours on Monday, January 2nd.

 If you cannot get to the office to pick up any last minute packages, please let us know!  We will also be contacting anyone who has a package here mid-week to be sure all have been picked up before the holiday.

Greetings, Gateway!

Tomorrow is the 12th and final day of  “The Twelve Days of Gateway” holiday celebration, so we wanted to go out with a bang!  Come by the clubhouse at 5:30pm and we will be passing out some of your favorite holiday carols.  You can go out with your friends and family and serenade each building!  Who doesn’t love a little holiday caroling?  We hope to hear your beautiful voices singing your hearts out!
